Aastra Business CTI - Integrated call administration per mouse click

The Aastra BusinessCTI client can be used directly with Microsoft Outlook. Likewise, it can also be used independently from Microsoft, for example with Lotus Notes. Independent from the chosen application, Aastra BusinessCTI is distinguished by its comfortable dialling aid as well as the excellent contact, journal and task management.

  • Aastra IntelliGate I7.6, or higher and OpenCom 1000 R4.0, or higher

  • Workstation with 2 GHz
  • 512 MB Memory
  • 100 MB Hard-disk

PC-Server – Software

  • Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, 2003 Server, 2008 Server, Windows 7
  • Compliant with 32 & 64 Bit Microsoft Windows OS

PC-Client – Software

  • Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Professional, Vista and Windows 7
  • Compliant with 32 & 64 Bit Microsoft Windows OS

Optional Environment

  • Aastra MetaDirectory version 2.0, or higher
  • Microsoft Exchange version 5.5, or higher
  • Microsoft Outlook version 97, or higher
  • Lotus Notes version 6.5, or higher
  • Tobit David InfoCenter version V8, or higher
