Snapware Server
The Telesnap OCS Gateway can only be operated with a Snapware server of the same version and service pack.

Hardware
The hardware requirements are the requirements for the Snapware server (see „Product specification Snapware 2009“).
Software
Java Runtime Environment 1.6 is required on the server.
Microsoft Office Communication Server
Microsoft Office Communications server version 2007 or higher is required.
Client
At least the Microsoft Office Communicator version 2.0.6362.97 (Microsoft reference KB957707) is required.
Microsoft Exchange
If the Microsoft Office Communications server is used together with Microsoft Exchange, the Microsoft Exhcange version 2007 or higher is required.
